day 3

It's been a glorious day here in Adelaide, and what's even better, a public holiday! We started off with delicious pancakes and strawberry sauce, chilling out at home, a beautiful walk to get some vitamin D and now a BBQ at mum and dad's place to finish it off!! AND I really know spring is here now...itchy eyes this morning, nothing an antihistamine didn't fix!
...the recipe for the strawberry sauce is dead easy. cut up at least a punnet of strawberries, add some sugar a dash of water and simmer...give it a taste and if it needs to be sweeter add more sugar! can't be easier than that!
